PAYMENT

We accept Paypal and credit cards via paypal. At this time we are absorbing the fees associated with this method.

Cheques are accepted although plants will not be shipped until received funds have been cleared by bank.

Dishonoured cheques will incur a $45 bank transaction fee which will be the responsibility of the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Cash accepted.

SHIPPING

We use the most appropriate method of shipping and charge only for the packaging and postage of the plants with no hidden extras.

We use Australia Post express or couriers. Please nominate your preferred courier if you have one.

We will never overcharge for freight and indeed will refund any overpayments for postage and handling.

All orders will be confirmed by email. Customers will also be notified by email when orders have been shipped.

We are a small family business therefore only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to allow you to receive the plants in the best possible condition. We do this so that they do not spend a weekend in transit, to ensure that they arrive in the best possible condition.

We pack the plants to ensure they are protected from the rigors of shipping and will not ship orders to areas that are affected by extreme weather conditions. We will maintain the plants free of charge until the weather normalises to allow shipping.

We ship to all states excluding except Tasmania. Unfortunately Australian Quarantine (DAFF) restrictions mean that it is not possible at this time.
We will not ship without appropriate paperwork....no exceptions!
We do not export sorry.

All plants are subject to prior sale and there may be times when we unavoidably haven't updated the website and plants are sold out even though still listed. We do not substitute but will do so if you nominate an alternative when non-availability is advised. If preferred, payment will be refunded to the customer.
